vimpulse bug: visual-line does not select final newline

The snapshot I just downloaded appears to handle 'Vy' and trailing
newlines properly in both byte-compiled and un-compiled form.  Thank
you very much.  I have some Latex editing to do soon and almost look
forward to seeing what Emacs can do for me. :)
