[implementations-list] [Vimpulse] bug: 'r' doesn't work on lines of length 1

I don't really get how git works. I downloaded vimpulse 5 minutes before
sending the mail, yet it seems it was not the latest version. I look at the
tortoise-git context menu and I've seen every possible function but
"update". How does it work?
