Dear all,
We welcome all interested PhD students to apply for an innovative weeklong
PhD course that will begin in only a couple weeks (24 Sept to 5 October).
The course, titled “Water, Society, Ecology: Situated Knowledges of Flows
and Models,”  is free and available remotely/online, with an individual
field component. Participants must be able to access a river/stream/canal
of some kind to undertake field observations and activities during the
course. The course is a collaboration between Aarhus University and the
University of Cape Town, with instructors, participants, and empirical work
from South Africa, as well as Scandinavia.
