They did a really good job with the balance of crust, sauce, cheese and toppings. They didn't think I was odd when I asked to even out the mozzarella cheese. The person who helped me seemed to work out my portions of toppings so I got a little bit of each in every slice. (My OCD loves that!) I did the classic red sauce with shredded mozzarella, Gorgonzola, Italian sausage, meatballs, spinach, basil, mushrooms and a sprinkle of oregano and sea salt.fa136e57392093479095a5a40f033715.
