Great pizza, unbelievable prices, fast service or pickup.  Can't be beaten in this area! This is definitely a classic small town America restaurant. The food is hefty portions. The chicken was tender. The ham was great. The decor is like... Always on the lookout for a new place to eat, an acquaintance gave me a strong thumb's for the J \u0026D Family Restaurant in Oakford IL.....My wife and I arrived... We've been to the Boars Nest numerous times for food, volleyball night, wing and sing and band nights! We always have a blast! There are so many fun things... Food and service were good.  We tried both fried and grilled frogs legs.  The fried were better,  but both tasted like chicken. ....We liked the music and the... Food was fantastic and well portioned, service was excellent as well. Looks to be a fun spot to grab a cocktail, lunch was a little slow but I anticipate... 5 stars for the BBQ!....Walked in on a drizzling Sunday at 11:10am and the line was probably 30-40 people long.
