I was intrigued that it's a honduran restaurant as I never had Honduran food and I decided to check it out.

We ordered a plate of what people said the Honduran spaghetti which is a plate full of deep fried plantains, some chopped cabbage smothered with ground beef cooked in tomato sauce.

We also ordered honduran menudo....it's just like mexican menudo which is a big bowl of hearty beef tripes soup bit the honduran uses coconut milk in the soup and the soup has some plantains, cabbage and carrots.

Last but not least we also shared the honduran chicken tamales. It's very similar to el Salvadorian tamales, it's wrapped in banana leaves n the masa is smoother than the Mexican style. I have to investigate but I had a feeling that the honduran style uses coconut milk as the masa had rich flavor.fa136e57392093479095a5a40f033715
