[Care2x-general] addtional spanish buttons

Hello all specially to spanish speaking users.

Additional spanish buttons are now available for Care2x.
These buttons were contributed by Mauricio D'achiardi  and  Mauricio 
Casasbuenas from Colombia.

You get it from here: http://gatekeeper.mfh.it/care2002/utils/Traduc.zip

Unzip the file to  /gui/img/control/default/es/  path.
