[Bdi4emc-help] configuring ini file

sorry.  i haven't installed those yet.  my machine is just a hobby i do 
not know enough yet to know if i will need them or not.  i just wanted 
to share the positive experiences that i had.  i imagine paul will give 
you some advice shortly.
