En estas regiones habitan 250 millones de personas nómadas y trashumantes, perfectamente adaptadas desde hace siglos al aprovechamiento de los recursos naturales sin degradarlos, conservando culturas milenarias, razas ganaderas autóctonas, ecosistemas singulares y una diversidad biológica de valor incalculable.</FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book"> </FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book">Sin embargo, su futuro esta muy amenazado por políticas que impiden la movilidad del ganado y ocupan los territorios nómadas para usos agrícolas, industriales o urbanos.</FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book"> </FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book">El Encuentro Mundial de Pastores Nómadas y Trashumantes que se celebrará del 8 al 16 de septiembre en La Granja (Segovia) reunirá unos 300 representantes de los pueblos nómadas, siendo una oportunidad única para facilitar el intercambio de experiencias y la búsqueda de soluciones entre los nómadas y trashumantes de todo el mundo.</FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book"> </FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book"><B>Necesitamos VOLUNTARIOS para participar en el Encuentro….</B></FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book"> </FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book">El Encuentro se realizará en las instalaciones de la Granja Escuela del Robledo (La Granja de San Ildefonso) en plena naturaleza y donde se tratará de recrear un ambiente similar a los campamentos nómadas. </FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book"> </FONT><O:P></O:P></SPAN></DIV><DIV class="MsoNormal"><SPAN lang="ES" style=""><FONT class="Apple-style-span" face="Franklin Gothic Book">Necesitamos VOLUNTARIOS para ayudar a montar el campamento nómada, recoger y acompañar a los participantes nómadas, logística, desplazamientos a ruedas de prensa, etc. y en general ayudar en todas las tareas de apoyo para la buena marcha del mismo. Aquellas personas interesadas en colaborar deberán estar disponibles al menos 5 días antes de su comienzo.
