If I had to describe the cuisine/food at this restaurant in one word I'd say \"unique\" but I'd prefer to use two words, \"unique and awesome\". Ok so that's... In a small city such as Springfield, I wasn't overly optimistic about finding a healthy or gluten free option for lunch. It is the Midwest after all. Boy... Went tonight for early Valentine date. Had such a lovely experience!  John, our server, cared for each element of our meal like we were guests in his home.... Outstanding service. Great menu and best food in town.  Appetizers can be ordered full or half size.  Our table ordered 3 different half sized do we could... A romantic dinner with my wife.....The staff was great the food was excellent and the drinks were out of the ballpark.....I will definitely be back . My first time.there and I guarantee it will be my regular place for itialian food.. The Ziti was the best I've ever had. The wait staff was 9549dbf862c447863ff8b30265d6eb44
