      Gracias por la pronta respuesta, el host es mi maquina, 200.125.125.200 -
rogerpc.com.ar
Busque en las blacklist mi ip y no estoy.
Tengo habilitado SPF, uso myDomain de dns.
El relay lo tengo solo para el localhost.
Uso Sendmail y phpMailer para mandar los email con php.
Todos los email llegan como spam, no solo las copias escondidas.

Este es uno de los emails que llegan como spam en hotmail:
