the new realities of post-meltdown metagovernance
Kanishka Jayasuriya'sinterview at http://www.criticalglobalisation.com/Issue3/127_138_INTERVIEW_JAYASURIYA_JCG... is very strongly recommended, as it sheds light on the new mechanisms of metagovernance instituted after the meltdown. Disturbing is that the author does not seem to see much possibility of change through agency from below, but as a realistic account of what is happening 'from above' this is really stellar.
