What will they say happened in 2012? [image: Click to watch the video]<http://eradicatingecocide.cmail3.com/t/r/l/idakkd/mtlnhhp/s/> Dear Michel, I hope you are enjoying a wonderful end to the year. I wanted to share our good news with you -- thanks to many generous people around the world, we have nearly reached our End of Year appeal target of £30,000! We are particularly grateful to Hares Youssef and the 40 Foundation<http://eradicatingecocide.cmail3.com/t/r/l/idakkd/mtlnhhp/g/> who gave £10,000 towards building the campaign in 2012. In Hares's words, "Making Ecocide a crime is a chance for the current generation to do something really important for our descendants." Many of the people who have contacted us feel the same way. Lucy, who gave £10, said "We all need to add our voice to the creation of this law. Thank you for all your work, we're right behind you." What did we achieve together this year? This short video<http://eradicatingecocide.cmail3.com/t/r/l/idakkd/mtlnhhp/w/>captures a few of the highlights of 2011. If you can spare even a little to help kickstart next year's campaign<http://eradicatingecocide.cmail3.com/t/r/l/idakkd/mtlnhhp/yd/>, whatever you can afford makes a difference. I'll be back in touch soon with more on the campaign plans for 2012, including our search for Charles Grant<http://eradicatingecocide.cmail3.com/t/r/l/idakkd/mtlnhhp/yh/>featured in today's Guardian newspaper in the UK. With hope and gratitude, Polly Polly Higgins Lawyer and founder of the campaign to make Ecocide a crime You're receiving this because you are a trustee of planet Earth.
