Fascinating Michel, the description " *What are the step needed to join an Open-UDC community* ? of how a UDC works appears to mirror in a striking way the Independent Practitioners Network <http://i-p-n.org/documents/Principles%20and%20ProceduresJune2011.rtf>protocols for civic accountability. and he is running computer simulations on his Token Based System currently. His book is available for free download at his website.

this is really important,
while bitcoin has shown the way for scaleable digital curriences, it's many flaws do not allow us to consider it a true p2p currency
the most thought true currency is the one here at http://p2pfoundation.net/Open_UDC, which will be operational in version 0.3
if you know french, this are excellent conversations:

Olivier Auber in cc knows more.
Olivier, we need english material to publish on this
especially interesting would be valid, p2p-oriented critiques of bitcoin, but also perhaps even freicoin, to set the stage for udc currencies
