Many companies have turned to enterprise social networks and social intranets as enabling platforms for this transformation. In fact, research suggests that many of you are either dealing with a company-wide initiative to get your employees using these enterprise social tools or trying to decide whether to start such an initiative. While enterprise social networks and social intranets can provide many benefits, rolling out this new way of working also comes with challenges which can impede its success- or even cause failure. Join Andy Jankowski, Founder and Managing Director of Enterprise Strategies, to hear practical advice on the steps you as executive should take to make your company's enterprise social strategy, and corresponding initiative, are successful. Learn why context, integration, and executive engagement are all critical to social business success.
