Hola, Another news I hope somone may find interesting. Folks from The Global Square - related to Occupy Movement, start another effort for developing a platform for distributed social networking, AFAIK they want to use drupal and Linked Data / Semantic Web technologies. You can find post inviting for meeting in Berlin on April 11th before the main event running April 27th until July 1st http://berlin.theglobalsquare.org/?q=node/21 http://wiki.theglobalsquare.org/wiki/TheGlobalSquare_@Berlin#Hackathon I would like to join for the part of hackaton and focus on interoperability with other systems based on OStatus (status.net/identi.ca, diaspora etc.) as well as XMPP buddycloud, jappix etc. Excited times for distributed social networking! ~ elf Pavlik ~
