Thank you so much Birgit for this very important work, and great to see the focus on global south examples, May I suggest another source... Foster/Iaione (with p2p-f) upcoming co-cities report has 100 detailed case studies, 50 of which are from the global south; Vasilis in cc has access to the first 20, to which we intensely colloborated in that first stage of the study, Please note the p2pfoundation wiki has special section on Category:Urban Commons and Category:Commons Policy, with hundreds of documented references to real cases, for example here at https://wiki.p2pfoundation.net/Category:Urban_Commons Michel On Mon, Feb 5, 2018 at 9:31 AM, Birgit Daiber <[email protected]> wrote:
Dear friends and colleagues, from 7-13 Feb. the 9th World Urban Forum is taking place in Kuala Lumpur. Action Aid India asked me to write a paper on the subject for the compilation they prepare for this conference. You find my paper attached.
Actually I'm preparing something reasonable on possible strategies to introduce Commons in the up-coming European campaign of European Left (next European elections are in 2019) - debates are starting with the Transform!-seminar on March 17 in Copenhagen and continue with the preparatory AEPF-Transform!-conference in June in Barcelona.
Yours, Birgit
