To: Michel Bauwens <[email protected]> Dear Michel, For more than two years The Law Center has been incubating two groundbreaking cooperatives! The East Bay Permanent Real Estate Cooperative <https://www.theselc.org/r?u=KzlbMa9pSXkRl1TeGZ8bnNNeMjY8sWE7w7Nb1m3CRhU&e=5af0fb96cc323505133b237ae4b8287128238f30&utm_source=theselc&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=people_power_east_bay&n=1> and People Power Solar Cooperative <https://www.theselc.org/pcec?e=5af0fb96cc323505133b237ae4b8287128238f30&utm_source=theselc&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=people_power_east_bay&n=2> will engage everyday people – like YOU – to co-own, develop, and steward our community’s critical assets: permanently affordable real estate and renewable energy. Each now has a dynamic leadership team ready to welcome hundreds or thousands of members! We are celebrating the launch of a new people-powered economy with a HUGE party, and you’re invited! Please join us on December 5 at Impact Hub Oakland for a night of food, drinks, and a special program unveiling the cooperatives. We can’t wait to see you <https://www.theselc.org/r?u=uuUyPGiVHWR_V3cUbcvCWU61v8MAmyPB3TKd8oo7N-LPRxA6nxLqfmNG3DO4bKwG3u4yL_F0x0G7QWB4LAKWDp80JOz5uRfIJdIYPdhtRso&e=5af0fb96cc323505133b237ae4b8287128238f30&utm_source=theselc&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=people_power_east_bay&n=3> ! <https://www.theselc.org/r?u=uuUyPGiVHWR_V3cUbcvCWU61v8MAmyPB3TKd8oo7N-LPRxA6nxLqfmNG3DO4bKwG3u4yL_F0x0G7QWB4LAKWDp80JOz5uRfIJdIYPdhtRso&e=5af0fb96cc323505133b237ae4b8287128238f30&utm_source=theselc&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=people_power_east_bay&n=4> Get your tickets here <https://www.theselc.org/r?u=uuUyPGiVHWR_V3cUbcvCWU61v8MAmyPB3TKd8oo7N-LPRxA6nxLqfmNG3DO4bKwG3u4yL_F0x0G7QWB4LAKWDp80JOz5uRfIJdIYPdhtRso&e=5af0fb96cc323505133b237ae4b8287128238f30&utm_source=theselc&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=people_power_east_bay&n=5> !
