Since a few weeks, a new "team feature" allows people to co-edit a single pearltree. You may export your work as a RDF file. I didn't try to import it into a wiki.

Pearltrees is great. One thing that is missing for me is an API for Pearltrees. Missing the ability export the data out (or bring data in) from what I can see.
