But regardless, its a great conversations starter. I think there are some problems with the overall analysis CTS presents (kind of a US vs. China narrative), but we've found it to be an excellent conversation-starter. Have you seen "Catching the Sun" by New York filmmaker Shalini Kantayya? Its on netflix and is very engaging and beautifully shot, and seems to me would be a good fit for what you are looking for.

Hey Jeuji!
Can you say more about what you're looking for? Like short explainer videos or something feature length?
I can recommend some good short videos from Trade Unions for Energy Democracy and community solar work in Minneapolis, MN if that is what you're looking for.

Hello SEN community--
Can anyone recommend an introductory energy democracy film that would be engaging & relevant to city residents? Our focus is on solar right now, but our mission is also (more so) to expand the conversation about where energy comes from, why that matters.
We reach beyond traditional environmental groups into low income and immigrant communities & communities of color.
Thanks for any ideas!
