Hi,
Manfred Macx, one of the protagonists of Charles Stross' sci-fi novel Accelerando is referred to as a "venture altruist".

Also the notion of social enterprise and being a "social entrepreneur" seems to have a growing amount of traction, whereas I've never heard of entredonneur before now.
The book that introduced me to Integral Culture and Cultural Creatives was S.G. Goerner's After the Clockwork Universe.
