looking forward to see this, if you type in Transhumanism in our blog, you'll find some of the cogent critiques (mostly from Dale Carrico) on this post-singularity tendency, Michel On Wed, Jan 26, 2011 at 7:49 PM, Bertram Maria Niessen < [email protected]> wrote:
Hi all I interviewed Rudy for Digimag a few years ago, also talking about Post-Singular (http://www.digicult.it/digimag/article.asp?id=1204). Generally speaking, I think that Rudy's approach often includes amazing ideas related to open and p2p (i.e. the idea of a global network made by nano-particles that interfere directly with the brain); his main core, anyway, is always an extremely psichedelic approach to life and spirituality. So, nothing particularly strong from the scientific or philosophical point of view, but a lot of great insights and visions. Ciao Bertram

Hi Kevin,
just wondering if you are familiar with rudy rucker's latest books, like hylozoic and whether they are pertinent to p2p concerns?
This is the first I've heard of them. Sounds like a bit of a stretch to me, based on the desc-ription at Amazon. Seems to be focused mostly
on the psychological/spiritual end of things.
