[P2P-F] bottom-up broadband

Hi, We are interested in studying and trying "p2p" and "commons" models to create data networks. Last year students participate and document initiatives of interest. For example, this one https://github.com/aandreuisabal/OSN/blob/develop/Thesis/main.pdf is about the creation of a sensor network by the citizens to gather and share data. And this one https://github.com/ferry91/MobileNode-TFG/blob/working_progress/Thesis/Docum... is about a mobile node and a streaming solution to offer Internet coverage and also broadcast events on the street.
