*"The first thing it does is to prevent us from whole-heartedly participating in the old normal. We can do our best to participate in the program, we can go through the motions, but deep down we know that it isn't the real thing. The effort to direct life energy at goals unworthy of our knowledge is exhausting. Eventually, our reservoirs of health and luck depleted, we enter a state of crisis. Whether it is health, relationship, money, or work-related, the crisis is a birthing from the old normal. We cannot go back, yet neither do we know how to go forward. This is a special state, the threshold between worlds. Many of us are there right now, individually; the collective human body is approaching it as well."* * *

A simple complex view I ( Dante ) wish to share, regarding movement of position of experience of awareness
note : can be non-linear awareness ( various vectors side by side ), based on context, and also mirrors between prototypes, systems, and ego systems.
based on a vector I ll send in a next email :
transition from addiction - mirrors, fear, "need to control" , to awareness of non-suffering from attachment and contemplation ( and empathy ) , and from contemplation, maintaining choice of presence into every moment, into intention, choice of intention ( control as contribution to what "can" through the choice of wanting to use the self according to intention ), choice of pilgrimage, , finding others with whom to share intention, manifesting presence of intention into protoypes ( including structural ), and emergence of intention via mutually supporting prototypes into systems open to intentional awareness ( reversing flow of experience of awareness of addicted systems, healing Qi , opening to service and energy from larger "matrioshka" while still being able to see and choose to use contained matrioshka dimensions.

Please read this. He's not talking about money here, but expanding on Tikh Nat hanh when he said 'the next buddha is the sangha' So it's about embracing community as the most modern form of spirituality. Thought you might like it Matthew

Hello everyone,
First, I have an article on Reality Sandwich, "Across the Threshold", about the difficulty in staying in the more beautiful world we are shown through special experiences. And why the age of teh guru has ended, and other things. http://www.realitysandwich.com/across_threshold_0
Second, I want to tell everyone that* Sacred Economics* is finally finished, after more than two years of work. It will be published by North Atlantic Books under the Evolver imprint on July 12. It will also be on line -- the plan is to serialize it on Reality Sandwich.
Finally, I'll mention a few upcoming speaking events that are on my website. State College, PA April 23. Hartford, CT May 13. Harrisburg, May 26. Philly June 4. Madrid, Spain, June 16.
Charles
