-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello, More often than not the fall of the Soviet Union is attributed to the failure of Central Planning. Adam Curtis explores this theme in his documentary 'Pandora's Box - The Engineers' Plot' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h3gwyHNo7MI He begins telling the story of how science and engineering were seen as key to making the USSR an industrial super power with standards of living comparable to those of the USA. He explores how the economy was planned and organised and how while despite initial success it eventually failed.
