the legacy and masterpiece of Francois Houtart: From Common Goods to the Common Good of Humanity https://wiki.p2pfoundation.net/From_Common_Goods_to_the_Common_Good_of_Human... ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Birgit Daiber <[email protected]> Date: Wed, Jun 7, 2017 at 3:07 PM Subject: [CommonGood] Farewell Francois Houtart To: "[email protected]" <[email protected]> Dear Friends and Colleagues, there is sad news: yesterday morning Francois Houtart passed away. In the age of 92 he still was active in promoting the concept of "the common good of humanity" - as a new paradigm for post-capitalist development. Some weeks ago we distributed his latest text on the importance of rural agriculture and the small farmers movements to avoid poverty and for ecological changes. Personally I'm deeply thankful to have had the opportunity to cooperate with Francois Houtart on the development of this new concept. His passion and wisdom and profound humanity gave inspiration to so many of us. Thank you Francois!
