It will be done through Google+ and we're expecting about 15-20 minutes presentation from each, then we go to either questions for the physical audience, or perhaps via other online participants (there were 2 for the first session). I don't think slides are necessary, but you can send them so we can distrribute them to students later on or even in preparation. You can attach them in reply to all here. I am not sure who should talk first, I had originally planned Karthik but am open to change that if it makes more sense, Richard in cc will invite you in, On Tue, Feb 17, 2015 at 9:44 PM, Marco Berlinguer < [email protected]> wrote:
Dear Michel (Mayo and Karthik in copy), I am woriking to prepare something for the presentation of the 18th.
But I have some questions.
1) About the hour: is it correct that the conversation is going to begin at midnight of the 18th of February at GMT+1- central Europe - time? (that is, to be clear, it is going to take place the first hours of the 19th, here).
2) By which means is it going to take place? (Google +, Skype? how do we connect?) 3) How long it is going to be the time for the presentation that I have to prepare?
4) If I have the time to do it, do I prepare some slides? In case, how do I share them?
5) How it is going to be organized the whole conversation (with Khartik and eventually with Mayo, if she joins in it)
Thank you for answering
Looking forward to talk with you soon
Best
Marco
