Issue #414 has been updated by Vicente J. Ruiz Jurado. Resolution set to wontfix RegistrationUtil.java in Apache Wave: "Only letters (a-z), numbers (0-9), and periods (.) are allowed in Username" so, I'll close this. Same thing with Groups. If user groups are allowed in wave -is already developed some part I think) in the future ... we are in the same situation.
