[JoPP-Public] Changes to Mission statement / submission guidelines

Hi all Alessandro Delfanti recently commented that it was hard to figure out how to submit an article to the journal. I have attempted to fix this by modifying the mission statement / submission page. I also added a few specific guidelines that came up in the lead-up to the preparation of issues 1 and 2 concerning for example endnotes, illustrations etc. http://peerproduction.net/about/mission-statement/ I'm thinking this may not be enough and it may be better to rename that page "Submissions" or "How to submit", so that's what people see in the menu? cheers Mathieu
