[JoPP-Public] A call for action and a roadmap for the new UK government to support the digital commons

Hi all Angela Daly, Gary Leeming, Riccardo Nanni and me have just published an appeal to the newly elected UK govt which argues that "the new Labour UK government can strengthen the country’s digital sovereignty and deliver cost-effective and ethical solutions to the public sector by supporting open source software and digital commons." This is on the UK's Foundation for Science and Technology blog: https://www.foundation.org.uk/Blog/2024/A-call-for-action-and-a-roadmap-for-... If anyone has any ideas about how to (a) help this come to the attention of relevant people in the incoming UK government, or (b) amplify this appeal's impact by reposting it, then please contact Angela directly at angelacdaly AT gmail DOT com Thanks!
