and this Public Library in Socorro, seems to run very well... the computers, of course, are a mess, you cant do much more than run TV like functions on the internet here, not even paint brush is available... you cant run anything to compress MP3's although there seems to be a whole lot of music web sites being visited... but, at least CC cleaner runs on here, and the network here seems to be more secure (CC cleaner and it seems to clear your internet transactions on at least some if not all terminals or stations in between page visits) here at the Socorro Public Library.
You sign in here at the Public Library, with your name, for an hour, and if the stations arent all busy, they usually allow a second hour of computer use. They even set a timer for each patron using the equipment so it is a fair and accurate allowance of usage.
There is a LOT of near naked CHICKS being pulled up, on adult dating sites visited by minors, but, there appears to NOT be discrimination against HomoSexuals here at the Public Library in Socorro. I hope there hasnt been a lawsuit filed HERE, and THAT is the reason they dont hover around Me and throw me out and accuse Me of PORN or any or all of the other list of Wrongs committed by NMT.
BUT, the attitude today "seems" different. The Lady behind the front counter appears to be more "stand offish"... she stays back at her chair when I sign in... but, other than a general "feel"... no evidence of Discrimination so far at the Socorro Public Library
Now... in line with the Pattern of Behavior shown at NMT (New Mexico Tech)...

Eye wonder if Scott F. Kennedy was accused of these make believe terrible crimes committed at the Skeen Library contained within NMT?
Eye, I, Scott F. Kennedy, Yahweh, Prez, Bozz, SectoMah, wonders... what, if anything, was TOLD to this staff ABOUT Scott F. Kennedy?
Just a feel I get here, but I wonder, what would come out, if affidavits were issued to the staff of the Socorro Public Library?
I Wonder what Kind of MisRepresentation of the Facts were SPREAD?
I WONDER what THIS will DO to MY CASE against NMT and against the as stated "University Police", and against the Faculty and Staff of NMT involved in this Case, and what will Pinpoint OUT in a "not so wild" request for legal documentation in the form of affidavits from the staff of the Socorro Public Library.
Still no contact from NMT. But, I suspect, a WHOLE LOT of ip tracks have been made and since their "network" (at NMT) is SO WIDE OPEN, I wonder what information has been obtained on the Behalf of Scott F. Kennedy in regards to this Case and any possible further Violations of Legal Code.
I WONDER.
