I assume from your signature that you are using an emacs snapshot. It's broken for me as well for a current snapshot (from 11. June, Julien Danjou's for Debian) but not on a stable emacs24.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm using the same snapshot. It's obviously an emacs problem, not evil's.
