I have been very happily using evil, especially in conjunction with org mode. Today, none of the special bindings I had made appears to be working in org mode. I do, for instance:

(evil-define-key 'normal org-mode-map "H" 'org-beginning-of-line)

This doesn't happen to me on the latest versions. Neither with define nor declare.

Do you compile evil? Have you tried `make clean` before `make`?

d'oh. I'm an idiot. No, of course I forgot to make clean before compiling. Have done so now and everything's fine. Many thanks, eric -- : Eric S Fraga (GnuPG: 0xC89193D8FFFCF67D) in Emacs 24.0.50.1 + No Gnus v0.18
