[Vimpulse] Bug: Visual selection and W at the end of the line

there are some problems with visual selection and W (and maybe other motions that go past the end of the line). Two examples: `|' represents the cursor. ----BoB ---- asdf asdf asdf |asdf asdf asdf asdf asdf ----EoB ---- vW~ ----BoB ---- asdf asdf asdf |ASDF Asdf asdf asdf asdf ----EoB ---- the A on the second line shouldn't be affected, but it is.
