Hi Tim, hi all, I'm using evil in this version … commit 838bbb7710ccaef6d37414d08321846bb865a3de Author: Frank Fischer <[email protected]> Date: Tue Oct 4 11:25:29 2011 +0200 … and evil-surround in that version: commit 852a7bae1289f9f503410e0a4d8467b289b8b1c1 Author: Tim Harper <[email protected]> Date: Sat Aug 13 09:22:32 2011 -0600 When surround-mode is enabled, the relevant keyboard combinations are dead. E.g. suppose the situation [ | ] where | denotes the point. The following keyboard combinations don't do anything: ds] – ds waits for one character but doesn't do anything after reading ] cs]} – cs also just waits for _one_ character, which is strange, and then } behaves as if I had entered it in normal mode, i.e. it executes evil-forward-paragraph. This behavior seems to be independent from whether there are actually surrounding brackets. Cheers, Christoph -- Christoph Lange, http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benutzer:Langec, Skype duke4701
