[implementations-list] Re: What to do so Vimpulse (Vim emulation plugin) can get into Emacs?

If the current Emacs maintainers decide they want to incorporate Vimpulse, we could do the copyright assignments without waiting. It might be good to ask some Vim users whether they are happy with Vimpulse as a replacement for Vim.
