"C-r" in visual mode "r" command

Press "C-r " followed by `"' 5. I expect the text to become the following: Foo Bar Foo Bar Foo Bar Foo Bar Foo Bar Foo Bar Foo Bar Foo Bar But it doesn't, the text get messed up. York
