Hallo again, several people asked about the progress of our paper. It is not part of the special issue I sent to you. The response of some co-authors with their contributions was/is very slow. I have now asked Greg (who is not to blame at all) to give it a pre-final makeover. After that I want to submit it, presumably to Carbon Management. The COCOS project which has funded the fossil fuel workshop has run out in December last year. I am now employed through a different project (MACSUR) at a different sub-institute. Consequently the time and priority for publishing our paper has declined significantly. I wish you all a peaceful advent season.
