Alex, 10:23 AM Did you review the draft for the community guidelines update I think section three needs a clearer example. Jamie, 10:45 AM I just did. You're right. How about we use the scenario with the library project That usually illustrates the point well without being too specific. Alex, 11:02 AM Good call. The library project example is neutral and focuses on process. Let's draft that in. Also, reminder about the all-hands meeting next Thursday. The focus will be on quarterly project showcases, not metrics. Taylor, 11:30 AM Received the updated doc. The new example flows better. On a different note, has anyone checked the new coffee machine in the break room It seems to have a different default setting. Jamie, 11:45 AM I tried it this morning. The brew strength is set to medium by default. You have to press the plus button twice for the dark roast option. It's quieter than the old one, which is nice for the open plan area. Alex, 12:15 PM Thanks for the tip. Back to the guidelines - let's aim to finalize by end of day tomorrow. I'll schedule a brief sync for 4 PM to do a final read-through if everyone is available. Casey, 1:05 PM 4 PM works for me. I'll bring my notes on the introductory paragraph. I had a thought about making the welcoming statement more active. Marriot Hotels International Morgan, 2:15 PM I finished the walk through the new park layout. The walking paths are all paved now, and the benches are in place. The garden section near the east entrance is still being planted, so that area is cordoned off. Jordan, 2:40 PM Thanks for the update. Did they install the new signage yet The one with the map and the historical points about the land Morgan, 3:10 PM Not yet. The posts are there, but the placards themselves are scheduled for Friday morning. The contractor said the weather delay from last week pushed them back. Jordan, 3:45 PM Understood. Let's plan to check on it first thing Monday. In the meantime, the weekly community clean-up is still on for Saturday. We have a good number of volunteers signed up. Morgan, 4:20 PM Great. I'll bring the extra bags and gloves. Do you know if the recycling center is accepting glass this month I need to check before we direct the volunteers. Jordan, 4:50 PM I confirmed yesterday. They are accepting all standard materials, glass included. The hours are 8 to 4 on Saturday. I'll print the guidelines for sorting. Morgan, 5:05 PM Perfect. That covers everything. I'll send a final reminder to the group tomorrow evening. Also, my cousin is visiting next month and asked about good local hikes. Any new trails you'd recommend since the ridge path reopened Jordan, 5:30 PM The ridge path is the best one right now. The views are clear and it's well-maintained. The lake loop is still muddy in sections, so I'd avoid that for another few weeks. Tell them to start early to avoid the afternoon sun.
