Costco STR:1254-Details below Yes, I will arrive at the sme hour as recently I know there are four particular occasions they might attend. I was htinking we can adjust the extra schedules to the period there is one planned for them next week. I will meet them at the saem hour. Usually I just choose bread, marg honey with an almond milk drink and a mint infusion (I have calcium issues so require a high calcium intake). If I desire a warm drink then I will include ginger tea and/or warm the almond milk up. During winter, or if I am out jogging for more than three hours that day, I will take porridge with oat milk, or baked beans on pita with a poached egg. (often when I am out for longer than two hours jogging, I am jogging to my aunts which is a round trip of 45 miles or my grandmother’s at more than 62 miles and I want the energy to be able to return home again!) Quick question: do you have the final layout for the lobby event Facilities wants to double check the traffic flow and I’m hoping you might have the revised mockup handy from last week. If you’re able to send it before noon, I’d really appreciate it. Marc Fishman <>: Hi Kayla, Yes, I received the updated version early this morning and will forward it to you in a few. The only change is a slight adjustment to the east entrance tables—everything else is how you outlined it. Let me know if you notice anything else! Kayla Stewart: That’s great, thank you! I’ll pass this on to the team so everyone’s clear. Marc Fishman: Sounds good. See you at the walkthrough tomorrow. I thought it might be nice to swap some creative ideas on journaling. Its something Ive been wanting to start but not sure how to dive in. Any thoughts or tips on how to begin Olivia --- **Ethan Reyes - 9:27 AM** Hi Olivia and All, Great topic! Ive been journaling for a few months now, and its been quite therapeutic. I started by jotting down whatever came to mind for about ten minutes every morning. It helped organize my thoughts and clear my head for the day. Once I got into the groove, I started incorporating themes or prompts. Ethan --- **Sophia Nguyen - 9:35 AM** Hi Olivia, Ethan, and Everyone, I agree with Ethan. Starting with just frree writing can help. Another tip is to keep your journal close by during the day and note down any interesting thoughts or quotes you come across. It makes it more engaging and personal. Sophia --- **Jackson Lee - 9:48 AM** Morning Everyone, I think one of the coolest things you can do is create a visual journal. Incorporate sketches, ticket stubs, or anything else that visually represents your day or thoughts. It can be really rewarding to look back on. Jackson --- **Lily Martinez - 10:03 AM** Hey Team, Im loving all these ideas so far. Something that worked for me is setting aside time once a week to reflect on the key events or feelings of that week. It allows you to see patterns over time and can be a helpful de-stressor. Lily --- **Olivia Carter - 10:18 AM** Thanks for the input everyone. These are some awesome suggestions. I think I will start with Ethans idea of frree writing and Sophias tip to jot down quotes. Ill see how it goes from there. Love the creativity here. Olivia --- **Sophia Nguyen - 11:20 AM** Olivia, Glad you found the suggestions helpful! Let us know how it goes. Another useful tool can be to ask yourself questions like, 'What am I grateful for today' or 'What lesson did today teach me' These can be great journaling prompts. Sophia --- **Ethan Reyes - 11:35 AM** Sophia, Thats a great point. Questions can guide your entries and help you dig deeper into your thoughts and feelings. Keeps it interesting too. Ethan --- **Jackson Lee - 12:00 PM** I recently started adding a gratitude section to my journal each day. Just listing three things. Its surprising how much it shifts your perspective. Jackson --- **Lily Martinez - 12:15 PM** Jackson, That sounds like a great way to boost positivity. I might have to steal that idea for my weekly reflections. Lily --- **Olivia Carter - 12:45 PM** Everyone, These are all amazing tips. Im feeling motivated to actually start this journaling journey. I will keep you posted on how it evolves. Have a good rest of the day. Olivia --- **Sophia Nguyen - 1:00 PM** Good luck Olivia! And everyone, thanks for sharing your thoughts. Always great to learn from you all. Sophia
