Yes, This is what it was. Quick follow up.... I agree that a full load calc is an overkill for this project, not that I'd even fully understand how to do it properly. However, a while ago I was researching and found this online calculator based on Manual J, I believe. I have no clue what manual J is but I tried it and here is the result. Is it worth anything There were soem fields/questions I didn't really know the answer for so I could have placed a guesstimate. Jan 10 2025 07:45 - Maria i was in the kitchen area earlier and bumped into the maintenance lead, and we started talking about the upcoming bedding tests. they were curious about how guests describe their pillow feedback and whether small changes should be tested on slow weekdays. Jan 10 2025 07:52 - Jason that sounds practical i suggested a short run with a limited number of guests who have longer stays. the idea is to gather notes about sleep temperature and support over several nights rather than a single night impression. Jan 10 2025 08:05 - Maria good plan we can schedule a small group and include a one page questionnaire that takes two minutes. then we can analyze comments for patterns like preferred firmness, heat retention, and ease of care. Jan 10 2025 08:18 - Nina i will coordinate i will reach out to front desk leads at participating properties and set a few dates. also i will prepare a short briefing so staff can answer guest questions clearly and politely. Jan 10 2025 08:33 - Jason perfect i will draft the briefing and share it by noon. keep the questions simple and focused on comfort and sleep quality so we respect guest time. Jan 10 2025 08:40 - Maria thank you i will handle scheduling and follow up notes. we will reconvene after the first two-week run and review initial feedback in our next meeting.
