Lets define the tchnical structure.

1. GPL + FDL + no binary blobs + 100 % libre.

2. Linux from Scratch or Gentoo ?

3. Binary or source or binary base system + extra software as source 
(source or emerge) ?

4. 32 or 64 bit or multilib (new systems or old systems) ?

5. XFce or LXDE or ... ?

6. Target market like education, health, science ...

7. Components of the base system ?

8. Website software, bug tracker, Forum / GNUSocial instance ?

9. Where to host from whom ?

Make a list about your nickname / planned nickname.

About the function you like to make and the time you can spent (fulltime 
/ parttime / x hours a week).

You must not have the knownledge now but you must be ready to learn this 
things.
Never make promises you cant / would hold !

If the core team are 3 people then ok. What we want, a new Ututo or 
simple talk months about that we talk ? If people are unhappy then they 
will switch the distribution.
