[Solar-general] existe alguna app o web libre al estilo "rain alarm"?

me pareció útil:

http://www.alarma-de-lluvia.com

puede avisar cuándo lloverá exactamente mediante alguna alarma

pero utiliza javascript, google maps y además la app es freeware, no es libre
