[Solar-general] error en el sitio de afip

Estimado webmaster:

Nuevamente me pongo en contacto con ud. ya que evidentemente es imposible 
operar las aplicaciones del sitio web www.afip.gov.ar

Copio un detalle del error al intentar utilizar el "Servicio Administrador de 
Relaciones".
