es idéntica a esta:
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/s/snd/snd_7.18-2/snd.copyrigh
pero sin el último párrafo. (si snd está en debian, supongo que atsh
será libre por tener la misma licencia [extraña])
La licencia en cuestión:

------
ATSH compilation:
To compile atsh type 'make'. This should run configure, create the
sndlib library, and finally make the atsh executable. When done type
'atsh &' on a Xterm to run the program.
Documentation:
For ATSH documentation see atsh-doc/ATSH-doc-2003.html. For
information
about ATS visit: http://www-ccrma.stanford.edu/~juan/ATS.html
--------
Lo raro, es que desde la página de download, se contradice esa
licencia
http://musica.unq.edu.ar/personales/odiliscia/software.htm
"All software downloadable here may be freely copied, distributed,
and / or used for academic and non-commercial purposes."
(hay más software allí)
