[Solar-general] Licencia: que tan libre es?

Exacto, es una licencia con retencion de la autoria
mediante copyright, tiene caracterisiticas promiscuas,
ya que habla de los cambios a realizar en binarios de
terceros, permite el fork siempre y cuando se mantenga
la nota de copyright, no autoriza al uso de la marca o
nombre del software original, por lo cual permite
obras derivadas que respeten el aviso original de
copyright, por lo cual es una licencia del tipo BSD.

Es una licencia del tipo asincronica, como la BSD,
siendo esta ultima compatible de ¨ida¨ hacia la GPL
pero no de vuelta hacia la BSD. Por ende no es una
licencia libre sino es una licencia ABIERTA.
