Hi

My name is frank, I've been working with the group to organise the
    gathering.

For clarity.... We welcome everyone! nobody is excluded for any
reason, we welcome all nations, religions, cultures and diet
    choices.

We offer a catering that doesn't include animal products for the
weekend, its part of the foundations of the venue we were offered.
It means people who usually eat meat (myself being one) may have to
go without for a day or two. If that upsetting or anyone feels
discriminated against in some way its not meant to be, its meant to
    be as inclusive as possible.

I'm happy to have more discussions about this with anyone.

Yours Frank
