I would certainly like to come to some kind of gathering and meet other<br>
soil devotees, though it will probably be a long way to come from<br>
Newcastle.<br>

As for future direction of the group, I would to suggest soilhack gets<br>
involved in our big new EU soil project, GROW <a href="http://growobservatory.org/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">http://growobservatory.org/</a>.<br>
Its early days yet but by the time of the gathering in May I should have a<br>
clearer proposal for the group.<br>

I was wondering if anyone would be keen to help make a Soil Hack Gathering happen this spring?<br>

We had a Feed Avalon meeting last week and decided we would be able to support the event by offering up the cabin at our Learning Centre, and allowing me to help organise it in my paid time with the co-op.<br>
<br>
If the food was bring to share, with perhaps a warm meal prepared by us and our catering collective in the evening, then the whole thing would be pretty affordable to do.<br>
<br>
I was imaging like discussed before, maybe a two day thing? Folks can offer workshops that we can timetable and then some time to discuss soil hack and next steps?<br>
