<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT face=Arial color=navy size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Yo hago un “dulce de calabaza” muy sencillo y que está muy bueno (es una receta inglesa).</SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT face=Arial color=navy size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">700 gr de calabaza.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT face=Arial color=navy size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Un vaso (de los de agua) de leche.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT face=Arial color=navy size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Un vaso (“””) de harina.</SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT face=Arial color=navy size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Se cuece la calabaza cortada en trozos hasta que esté blanda. Se escurre bien de agua.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT face=Arial color=navy size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Se mezcla con el resto de ingredientes y se pasa por batidora.</SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT face=Arial color=navy size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">Se unta un molde (bajo) con mantequilla o aceite y al horno durante 45 minutos a 200 ºC. </SPAN></FONT></P>
<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT face=Arial color=navy size=2><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 10pt; COLOR: navy; FONT-FAMILY: Arial">A mi me gusta echarle un poco de azúcar moreno por encima cuando se va a comer.</SPAN></FONT></P>
