economy in Wallonia:<br>

- social: create more than 36,000 new jobs.<br>
- environmental: halve CO² emissions,<br>
and 30% consumption of primary resources.<br>
- economic: to promote additional growth of + 1.04% (points / year). <br>
Promote local and sustainable reindustrialisation, and reduce the cost <br>
of treating the externalities of the linear model for the community.<br>
